Music Community is an Erasmus+-funded international initiative dedicated to supporting young people’s engagement, connection and well-being through creative music practices by empowering youth workers, social educators and teachers with innovative non-formal music education methodologies. The project brings together partner organisations from Romania, Greece, France and Cyprus to develop open educational resources such as an online manual, collaborative tools, audience development activities and a MOOC that integrate music with other artistic disciplines, fostering inclusive community engagement, holistic learning and innovative approaches to youth work in challenging contexts.
